maintainers: Fix PS3 patterns

Correct the MAINTAINERS file patterns for PS3.  Removes some PS3
patterns that were under 'CELL BROADBAND ENGINE ARCHITECTURE', and
adds missing PS3 sound and RTC driver patterns.
