ARM: dts: am335x-icev2: Add am335x-icev2-prueth.

The am335x-icev2 board have a user settable jumper
for each ethernet port to be usable either via
CPSW (RGMII) or via PRUSS (MII).

This patch introduces am335x-ice-v2-prueth to support
the configuration when both ports are assigned
to PRUSS.

The following configurations are supported.
am335x-ice-v2.dts: Both ports are CPSW controlled
am335x-ice-v2-prueth.dts: Both ports are PRUSS controlled
