Pull workqueue fixes from Tejun Heo:
 "Two workqueue fixes.  Both are one liners.  One fixes missing uevent
  for workqueue files on sysfs.  The other one fixes missing zeroing of
  NUMA cpu masks which can lead to oopses among other things"
