drm/bridge: cdns-mhdp: rename mhdp_link_training_clock_recovery to mhdp_link_training_cr

To unify the naming, rename mhdp_link_training_clock_recovery() to
mhdp_link_training_cr(), as other funcs in the file use _cr postfix.
