ext4: return FIEMAP_EXTENT_UNKNOWN for delalloc extents

Return the FIEMAP_EXTENT_UNKNOWN flag as well except the
FIEMAP_EXTENT_DELALLOC because the data location of an
delayed allocation extent is unknown.
