soc: ti: pruss: Remove stale iep variable

The commit 7cff1bbab114 ("soc: ti: pruss: Drop IEP management from
PRUSS driver") has removed the management of IEP from PRUSS platform
driver, but missed cleaning up the iep variable. Drop this variable
from the pruss structure.
