[Patch] fs/binfmt_elf.c: fix a wrong free

In kmalloc failing path, we shouldn't free pointers in 'info',
because the struct 'info' is uninitilized when kmalloc is called.

And when kmalloc returns NULL, it's needless to kfree it.
