Add the patch fixing gcc 4.2.4 to gcc 4.2.2

The patch introduced by commit
1ed2e4fffd0d852e62bc98e92045a132f24c37d8 must also be added to gcc
4.2.2 to let the AVR32 toolchain build properly.
