ARM: shmobile: defconfig: Disable CONFIG_FB_SH_MOBILE_MERAM

The last Renesas ARM platform using this driver was removed in commit
a521422ea4ae6128 ("ARM: shmobile: mackerel: Remove Legacy C board
code").
