drm/panel: simple: Add support for BOE TV080WUM-NL0

The BOE TV080WUM-NL0 is an 8.0", 1200x1920 (WUXGA) TFT-LCD panel
connected using four DSI lanes. It can be supported by the simple-panel
driver.
