Staging: rtl8188eu: Fix warnings of space prohibited.

This patch fixes the warnings of "space prohibited between function name
and open parenthesis" in file rtw_mlme.c.

While at it, I have also removed unneccessary tabs. Also one comment
that didn't make sense was removed.
