Merge ath-current from ath.git

ath.git fixes for 4.8. Major changes:

ath10k

* fix racy rx status retrieval from htt context
* QCA9887 support is not experimental anymore, remove the warning message

ath9k

* fix regression with led GPIOs
* fix AR5416 GPIO access warning
