Coccinelle: remove pci_alloc_consistent semantic to detect in zalloc-simple.cocci

Because pci_alloc_consistent has been deprecated. We prefer to use
dma_alloc_coherent directly. Therefore, we should remove pci_alloc_consistent
to increase the confidence.
