NFSv4.1/pnfs: Remove redundant wakeup in pnfs_send_layoutreturn()

pnfs_clear_layoutreturn_waitbit() should already be calling
rpc_wake_up(&NFS_SERVER(ino)->roc_rpcwaitq) for us.
