MAINTAINERS: drop two usb-serial subdriver entries

Remove the remaining two obsolete usb-serial subdriver entries from
MAINTAINERS, which were missed in the recent purge by commit
f896b7968b62 ("USB: Maintainers change for usb serial drivers").
