Merge branch 'drm-fixes-4.15' of git://people.freedesktop.org/~agd5f/linux into drm-fixes

Fixes for 4.15.  Highlights:
- DC fixes for S3, gamma, audio, pageflipping, etc.
- fix a regression in radeon from kfd removal
- fix a ttm regression with swiotlb disabled
