sched/headers, hrtimer: Remove the <linux/wait.h> include from <linux/hrtimer.h>
In our quest to simplify <linux/sched.h>'s header dependencies, remove
the <linux/wait.h> inclusion from <linux/hrtimer.h> - which does
not appear to be necessary, as hrtimer.h does not use waitqueues.
