drivers/staging/bcm: Integer overflow

The checking condition in 'validateFlash2xReadWrite()' is not
sufficient. A large number invalid would cause an integer overflow and
pass the condition, which could cause further integer overflows in
'Bcmchar.c:bcm_char_ioctl()'.
