Merge tag 'kbuild-misc-v4.13' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/masahiroy/linux-kbuild

Pull misc Kbuild updates from Masahiro Yamada:

 - Use more portable shebang for Perl scripts

 - Remove trailing spaces from GCC version in kernel log

 - Make initramfs generation deterministic
